The VARDAR Soccer Club are charter members of the U.S. Development Academy

VARDAR will hold an Academy tryout session at the Winstar Sports Complex on June 15,16,17,   2013. This tryout is for any male player interested in the U14, U16 or the U18 Academy teams.

The Academy team age groups are devised by birth year so please check the age matrix below for eligibility.

U.S. Soccer Development Academy Boys Age Matrix 2013-2014

• U18B Vardar-Academy -- Birth Year -- 1995-1996

• U16B Vardar-Academy -- Birth Year -- 1997-1998

• U14B Vardar-Academy -- Birth Year -- 1999-2000

Because the USSDA offers exclusively U18, U16 and U14 age groups done by birth year and not school year younger players (or true USYS U17 and or U16 and U15 players) are encouraged to tryout up.

VARDAR Tryouts for U7 to U18 players will be held the Winstar Sports Complex on June 15,16,17 2013.. The VARDAR Soccer Club has made every effort to schedule tryout times that comply with the calendars of most school districts. If you are unable to attend the tryout due to school commitments, please contact the club by email: VARDAR@comcast.net

Tryout Goal:  Provide an opportunity for committed, quality players to find a team that suits their goals for player development.  We are committed to providing top level coaching for two teams in the U7 – U18 age groups. The non-academy U13 to U18 boys teams will represent the club in the National Premier League, Midwest Regional League and the Michigan State Cup.
